Every class is started by a general warm-up to create a gradual increase in physical activity to ensure the safety of joints, tissues, and muscles. After a general warm-up the coach will lead targeted warmup to activate the muscles that will be the target focus of the daily workout.
WOD (Workout of the Day)
Once everyone has the proper equipment and weight necessary the class will begin the workout of the day or "WOD". Each member will move through the workout at their own pace and ability until the workout is completed.
After each class our members are encouraged to participate in a cool-down of their choosing. Many of our members often go for a run or through a yoga stretching routine to help lower their heart rate.
